Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date for in-store credit or exchange. Returns requested after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Odorless
With tag attached

Items that are damaged, worn, washed or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Final Sale Items

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email ButGod.Boutique26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number.
We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (or address, if applicable).
Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved returns will be notified about an in-store credit they can use on their next purchase. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color instead? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected (subject to availability).

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-paid returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our error: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at ButGod.Boutique26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
